N. Korea's 'godfather of propaganda' returns

This photo printed in the Jan. 24, 2019, edition of North Korea's Rodong Sinmun shows Kim Ki-nam, known as North Korea's "godfather of propaganda" and believed to have retired. Kim, who spent decades overseeing propaganda operations in the North, including building personality cults around the former and current leaders, was seen shaking hands with members of an art delegation in state media photos released the same day.
